I'm still deciding on which Scion to get, I keep going back and forth.
Ok, so there are three parts to the xA headlight right?
I know the orange part if the turn signal, and the big part if the headlight. So what's the little part near the grille? Daytime lights?!

 

They are lil parking lights.. you can drive with them only on too.. kinda cool.

There are no DRLs on the xA

I guess you can use them as daytime lights, pretending that they are auto

Yeap theyR on when the headlights are on.. tho, the headlights' brightness overpowers the little lights.

Also, when you turn em on (the parking lights), the orange turns are constant on, as well as, the taillight assemblies.

I'm thinking, I can save like $1,200 if I get the xA. I used to have an Echo, so I really like the styling, but I also like the xB and the stability control stuff. (I lost control of the Echo and totalled it) (no I wasn't being a maniac, it was in the rain)

 

actually it's funny you ask, I just learned that those are daytime running type lights, but when we turned on the headlights I didn't think the little ones turn on? maybe I'm just recalling incorrectly, but it looks good either way...
