Does someone has a instruction how to do it?
What tools do i need?
Anybody did it before?
Is it difficult?

If you are just changing the whole mirror, all you do is pop off the lil triangular black intrior piece on the inside of the door behind where the mirror is. It just pops straight off. Then use a 8 or possibly 10 mm socket to remove the 3 nuts from their studs that hold the mirror in place. You may have to remove the door panel to get to the end of the wire lead for the power remote connection. Push in the snap lock for the electrical socket and disconnect. Be sure and support the mirror when removing the last nut so the mirror doesn't fall and scratch the outside of the door. Then install the new mirror and reverse all other operations. It might take all of 5-10 minutes depending on if you need to remove the whole door panel to reach the wire connections. It is super easy. Again, the black triangular piece just pulls straight out to pop off. It only has 1 or 2 snap points. I have done it in less than 5 minutes before.

How do you remove the door panel? I've tried to remove it but I haven't been able to just pull of the panel after unscrewing an anchor type screw along the side where the hinge is, then another where the handle is, and another in the part of the door that you hold to close it. Is that all the screws or are there more that i just can't find?

 

the rest are just snap clips. You have to pull hard around the lower edge. Make sure you pull off the lil triangular piece behind the outside mirror first.
