Hello--my quasi-spouse bought me an iPhone and I can't get the stock stereo (Pioneer) in my 2006 xA to recognize podcasts. It had no trouble with my iPod. The iPod jack was also stock with the car. Any ideas? Some update somewhere I can get? Help, please. Thanks so much!

 

I'm having a similar issue - my old iPhone 3G has some messy problems with operating after I plug it in to the iPod jack. It won't charge, but it also seems to require a reboot after disconnecting it.

I've seen on some other forums that the stereo connection should work (but won't charge my phone, whcih is fine), but it always seems to mess up my phone.

I have a 2006 xA. I'm not sure what's required here...
