a dude driving a toyota tacoma hit me while backing out when i was waiting for trafic (i can't believe he didn't see me). anyways it was all his fault but i didn't get a police report (thought i didn't need one), called the insurance company and made a claim, they told me to go to their place to get the car estimate, i'm kindda ____ed about the situation over all, i just got this xA and i took care of it real good too , i hope they pay me enough to fix the dent.

 

if its not your fault always get a police report, if it is, try to get out of it

First thing you do is ALWAYS call the cops!
You need the scene and incident documented. If it was the other guys fault he'll be cited a ticket.
I've had a hit and run and i've rear ended someone. I've flipped a vehicle in a solo incident... still called the cops. They needed to eliminate traffic from that road for cleanup. They said I suffered enough and didn't issue me a citation
