Buy from eBay user jcmanuals. That's where I got mine, and he gave me a super good deal.
As far as the CD thing goes, what are you going to do when you have a problem on the road? Pop the disc into your carputer and fix it up? ;) Sorry to be a smartass, but it's intended to be good-natured. You just can't get the same thing from a CD that you get from a hard copy of a manual. Even if you plan on printing it out, it will likely cost you more than to just buy the thing, and you're sure to get a licensed, garunteed Toyota product.
