TIRE HELP PLEAS!!!!
hey everyone i have a ? for anyone that will hear me out. I need to buy tires for about 40-50$ a piece and was wondering if that i can go without a problem from 1856015 to 1955015 because i found a couple of tires in that size that would be in my price range and if anyone else knows of where to get cheap but good tires. besides tirerack and tires-easy.com

You probably don't want to hear this, but take my advice - DON'T go cheap on your tires. Spending the extra 10-15 bucks a tire could save you from a wreck. Cheap-o tires are dangerous. Expect to pay 50-60 dollars a tire for safe, reliable tires.
With that in mind, I purchases my set of Kumho Solus KH16's for 56 each at TireRack.com. These are night/day from the horrible stock tires - I actually have traction in the rain!! I wouldn't call these performance tires, but they definately allow for a lot of spirited driving. The traction is much better than whatever wheels were on there originally. I'd highly rec. them if you could find a set.
Also, remember that spending an extra 10-15/tire up front can save you from buying a whole new set of tires in half the time... On top of the money you will save from purchasing new tires, also remember to factor in the money saved on installing, balancing, and aligning a new set of tires.

hmm.. i can't speak for that model firsthand, but the Kumho's I purchased are going great, as I said before. From what I've read online, Kumho is a good brand.
How long has your friend had his tires? If they are wearing properly and give him good wet and dry weather traction, then go for it. I wouldn't expect them to last long, probably around 20-30K miles depending on your driving habits from what I was able to pull online.
One thing to note - on any tire, rotation is important, but make sure to rotate cheaper tires on a regular basis - 5K or so miles. Keep the wear as even as possible.. plus, this should help them last longer.

i am about to get also another pair of tires called hankook optimo plus twos for only 25 dollars mainly because pepboys i work for is currently discontinuing them so i may just get those instead of the kumhos and my boy i believe just got those tires but i want to switch from 1856015 to 1955015 or 1955515 and the second to last size is what im worried bout
The Tires I just bought are a little out of your price range but I got the BFGoodwrench Traction TA V-rated 195-55-15 and the size is great. I think they look great and no rubbing no problems. All I know is they are much much better than what Toyota puts on for us. I only got 19K out of them.
