Default what engine oil and how long

So Im bored at workso I thought Id throw this topic out there. I have been working at a local Jiffy lube for 5 years as an inspection mechanic and have learned alot about lubricants. sadly I only see 1-2 xas a year and usually owned by old people lol. So I thought id put the ? Out there what oil do you use and how many miles between service.
I run mobile1 0w-20 and go 6k I have 120k in my 05 xa. I also changed the manual trans fluid to mobile1 75w-90 when I replaced the clutch.

Wow, that's super thin oil for 120K. Also, are you guys using Synthetic or why are you going so low between Oil Changes? 10K sounds like too long, even for synthetic.

I run regular 10W-30 and replace it every 3K. My XA has 133K Miles.

0w-20 synthetic is thin and I wouldnt rec. for most cars over 100k but this motor is something else lol it still purrs like brand new and most of the miles are highway over 3k rpms so I wanted an oil that would flow, lube, and cool the best. 6k is alittle early I could easily go 10k where its highway miles but its free so I do it lol. The oil is usually just starting to turn dark at 6.

the new camrys use 0w-10 i think. it helps with emissions and fuel mileage supposedly cutting down on engine parasitic drag and increasing effeciency. however, run manufacturer specific with the most current API rating, which at this time is 'N'. doesnt matter if its synthetic, synthetic blend or standard motor oil, as long as the back of the bottle has the most current rating. persoanlly i run full synthetic.
