If you are going for "bolt on", almost every offering is "axle-back." You will see nearly identical performance gains regardless of your choice. Your best bet is to base you decision strictly on sound and looks. Determine which exhausts you like the look of the most and then choose from those based on sound and what you can afford.

There are very few true "cat-back" options out there. You will pay quite a bit more for these and will only see a very slight (if even noticeable) performance difference.

Your other option is buying the muffler and tip of your choice and having a local exhaust shop install it. They can probably do a "cat-back" for only a little bit more than an "axle-back." You will probably want to replace the resonator as well if you do a full custom cat-back.

Default Best Exhaust?

You might take a look at this one. The Injen Exhausts are well made, great sound, moderate HP gains and very popular . They're on sale for $352.00 Shipped and we still have some in stock.
