Default blitz supercharger

so i talk to the owner of highonscion.com the other day and he told me that people who have installed the blitz supercharger have had problems with the check engine light coming on my problem is that i really wanted to buy the blitz charger but not if the check engine light is going to come on the owner did tell that the power enterprise charger does not do this i just want to know if he was tring to push his product or if he was for real any help is very much appreciated.

lol expect the CEL to come on on ANY car that's boosted and wasn't supposed to.. MAF MAP etc can throw CEL light.. CEL has many uses, doesn't mean your engine is in trouble..

well is their any way to alter the MAF and MAP so the CEL does not come on? also he claimed that the PE charger did not do this since it did not tap in to the ECM.

Mike, quadoptix had the blitz s/c on his car, you can ask him how he felt about the s/c.

Is there a DIY for a Blitz SC? How hard could the install be and is there and requirement for tuning air:fuel ratio?
