Default CLUNK! on downshift

I get a pretty good size clunk feel when I down shift and I get small ones on upshift from 1,2 4 and 5

also my clutch doesnt seem to engage till the very end of pedal release (I have to release EXTREMELY slowly at the end or it will jerk, even with little application of the gas pedal) p.s. by FAR this is not my first manual car

I've been debating whether this is a clutch, tranny, motor mount , cv joint , low tranny fluid, air in lines, etc issue

In the early morning its fine then gets worse as it warms up

ANY Ideas what I'm looking at

Sound like your clutch is out of adjustment.

After looking at the manual i dont see any type of adjustment other than a pedal adjustment, which I dont think is your problem. You will probably have to bleed the system. Just remember to keep an eye on the brake fluid level when bleeding, since the brake resivor is also your clutch resivor.
