Yes they are the same. 2.0 2.25 or 2.5 it's all up to you. I'd probably go with a 2.25 exhaust.

being that u cant alter your emissions controll "devices" such as your cat....then that would instantly make the magnaflow catback illegal.....be funny in 4 years when the people who have magnaflow catback fail their smog inspection when the guy looks under the car....and with the newer extremely strict smog laws....the fines are nice and heavy

i dont worry about smog here in cali....everyone else does.....i dont have to smog my cars due to where they are registered....

The magnaflow catback doesn't replace the cat (so its really an after-cat). You cut the pipe right after the cat and either weld or clamp it there- so your not changing emissions equipment therefore smog is still cool and everyones happy.
