fifth gear grind

I been having issues after I swap my clutch and flywheel. When i m hitting around 60 or when i rev high I put it into fifth gear really fast with the clutch all the way down it grinds or pops in. I really don't no what going wrong. Does any one have any ideal what it could be.

did you go easy in breakin in your clutch? its 500 miles break in time to make better friction for the clutch.

um....easy some times...it has 899.9 miles on the trip meter now.
