Default Fuel Delivery and Management

Im looking for a little assistance and knowledge on scion fuel delivery. I probably should have posted this under the boosted threads, but im sure someone here can help out as well.

Anyways, heres the stats:

Car:
2005 Scion xA rs1

Engine Mods:
TRD CAI
Custom 2.25" Header Back Exhaust
TRD Axle Back Muffler
Koyo Aluminum Racing Radiator
TRD 1.3k Radiator Cap (for a tiny bit more pressure)
Grounded Engine

Heres what i want to do for now:

I plan on boosting the car (i am working with a few people right now on different alternatives), but first i want to push the limits of the motor na with no CEL.

I am in the process of collecting the following parts. I have a set of new tC Injectors, and OBX header , but im still trying to get the OBX Radiator hoses (to retain coolant pressure/ temps), a Perrin Lightweight Pulley, Perrin Fuel Rail, Nology Hot Wires, and having a cast manifold made up.

My question is in regards to my fuel delivery/ management. I want to do each modification step by step, first checking the butt dyno folowed by any actual numbers. Tody i plan on installing the tC Injectors first, via tuning in open loop with an apexi neo. Has anyone had any sucess with any specific injector duty layout?

Also, how are you managed people control;ling vvti? I know that in open loop you can control fuel, but what could you do to run the vvti as it will compensate for anything out of wack?

I know this post is a little all over the place, but let me know what you think.
