Default Help Please! - 2005 Scion xA Evap

2005 Scion xA, 175k, P0441, P0442, P0446.

Used a fogger to locate leak, was leaking from mating surface (where the gas cap and filler neck meet), replaced gas cap and still was leaking, so I replaced the filler neck, now the pending codes come on in about 3 days (about 80 miles) when it use to take about a
10 minute car ride to throw a CEL. I have also replaced the rubber hoses going from the motor, to the sensor, to the steel line and the one on the canister that leads to the steel line, still throwing the same 3 codes! If anyone can shed some light on this!

Thank you.
