xA and xB don't have limiters...

I would say this is true, with my original tires my gps reads slightly slower than the speedo at regular speeds. But in the summers I rock 225/40 18s, so when the speedo is a little fast on regular tires, on my summer tires, its kinda slow.

Stock with K&N filter. Slight downward incline shifting into OD at 6200 RPM with an auto. The highest I could get it to was 112 mph.

I have 17 inchers with Yokohama Parada Spec 2s and intake/421 header/exhaust/pulley. Ive hit 115 TONS of times by myself and with other people in the car. I feel like I can go higher, but never have the time to. It also seems to slightly depend on weather. Sometimes I cant get pass 105 or 110 mph.

I once did 160 in my XB but then I woke up. Why are a lot of XB owners so worried about speed and how fast it can go?
Most ive done is about 85 and that seemed like the XB was about to break into pieces. But I am looking at getting new exhaust/headers and some new stickers which should give me approximately 150 more HP.

When you were a kid, did you ever race on your bike to see how fast you could go? Did it matter if it was the fastest bike sold? No, you do it for fun, and personal satisfaction. I've done top speed runs on every vehicle I've owned. Crotch Rocket to 4runner. I've felt the safest in my xB. Worst was my 1985 RX7. Needed an alignment and wheel balance... really bad. Really bad. Still was fun though.

I hit 115mph on flat ground with CAI and TRD lowering springs. The ride was not too shaky. It was actually pretty nice even compared to my old ford probe at the same speed.

Ok so if the xB is goverened at 109/mph, then how do you 1) get rid of the Governer. or 2) Overide it????

my scangauge II said 110mph in my MT 06 box with i/e with steelies

The speedo is bs. It was saying 120mph+ lols. our cars have an inflated egos.

Sad thing to say, I was getting 20mpg at 110mph, better than most SUVs get at 65MPH ;p
