IHE Mods Vs. MPG

Does anyone who has made the Intake/Header/Exhaust mods notice any difference to the MPG? I am getting just above 31 without and am curious what to expect.

if i drive slow i get the same or slightly better. but of course i put the newfangled power to use. lol
