Default imco performance muffler install

hey all, i just installed an imco performance muffler on my xB. has anyone else done anything like this? the sound is more of a rumble...not the rice burner sound. we went from the cat back with new pipe and then completed with a 4" stainless magnaflow tip. looks and sounds great!

just curious!

which IMCO? 4x9 14inch? I stock those buggers too, very cheap! But universal, what tip did you add?

I used the 4" round straight-cut tip. quite a can hanging out the back. yep...the imco is the 4x9x14. sounds really nice...not very subdued. we took off the resonator and ran new 2" from the cat all the way out. nuthin' fancy but looks nice! seems to breath a little better paired with the aem cold air intake. wunder what i can play with now to eek out a few more horsepower?

I knew it was 4*9*14 :D Those are the turbo mufflers, really loud! And really cheap, but still good, I use them on cameros and pickups
