Default Performance Cams for xA/xB

Is there a company that makes these?

2 cams probably about $500-600 total
I guessing you'll need a new, programable ECU (about $200)
It'll need to be tuned by someone who knows what they are doing. (a few hundred $ labor)

My best guess, I've never had custom cams.

You can have them reground for alot less than having some custom made. For what you are going to pay either way, its probably not worth it for the power gain....

IF you're going to have them reground, check with Web Camshafts: http://www.webcamshafts.com/

Discussion here-

It's really the kind of thing best left to an engine shop- our motors use cam buckets of varying height to set the lash, iirc, meaning your original ones probably won't work... Subaru motors are similar...

The ECU can handle a mild cam change, no sweat- it just uses the feedback from the O2 sensor to make adjustments...

It's a lot of trouble for a little bit of horsepower, bet on that...

i was thinking about getting stage 1 before i went with the SC. i would consider the turbo cams now, but i don't know enough about timing and the company.

i never talked to them so no idea.
now that you mention it, i do not see vtec, but H22A and the other codes in the titles do match honda engines.
i thought that it was too good to be true.

aside from the cams, be careful if you get any engine work done from somewhere far away. charles gordon screwed me on a head last year. i ordered the head from a salvage yard and had it sent to him. i could not do anything via the credit company because i had paid the salvage yard who had done their part and the judicial system is of no use.

95 bucks a cam to get reground by crane cams. mild work will not need much tuning.

look up stock specs and then do research online to get idea's on what the different profiles will get you.

i actualy just got off the phone with those guys, thier site hasn't been updated in a long time and there are a few things that still need to be fixed and one of them happen to be the cams/valve/springs and whatnot. they don't have any cams available for the 1NZFE so it looks like it's still a regrind or custom job for now.
