dont even waste your time w/ one of those cheap modules. It doesnt do anything but trick your car into thinking the air its taking in is cooler. Bad for the motor
Jet Performance can modify your computer for $399.00. You have to send them the computer. They say it takes about 4 days there and back and that average gains are about 8hp.
I'm thinking about doing it on the xA.

It's a scion..Not to sound condoscending but I don't think that the toyota marketers tried to market the xb/xa as a "fast" car, nor a car that could be modified into one. What they did market it is as a "customizable car" for all demographics to enjoy which has the benefits of an econo-car and low maintanence vehicle. This being said it is still not surprising that people try to modify our 1.5 108 hp engines to try and compete even against non-tuned civics, simply because a lot of these people seem to regret buying the car with the intension of being a tuner. With THIS being said, there are the few genuine people who modify it for gains that should have been there in the first place, i.e. a little more pep through a SRI or CAI.. unlike modifying it with a RACING CHIP.
