140 horses with a chip?

Only way to get that kinda power out of the 1.5 is FI or some serious engine work.

With all the bolt ons and a little bit better engine management, you would be lucky if you see 110 at the wheels

absolutely not. anyone selling something like that is full of it. the only way to make power in a n/a car without modifications is to alter the timing or lean out the fuel mixture. and that's not going to work on our cars anyway because the if the changes are active in closed loop mode, the ECU will learn that it's not getting enough fuel and compensate for the chip, making it useless. all they are doing is putting a resistor in line with the MAF sensor input wire which tricks the ECU into thinking it has a different amount of airflow than it actually has. some intakes also do this, which is how they make power. but running your engine lean also means it's running hotter and you risk detonation and premature engine damage. oh, and even if those things did work, they're only getting you like maybe 4-5 wheel horsepower max.

anyway, i would stay away from stuff like that. just get an intake and exhaust and you will notice a big difference over stock.
