Default Precision Muffler Axleback Pipe touches frame..

I just put a Magnaflow Axleback made by Precision Muffler on my xB and at one point where the pipe bends, it is like a centimetre away from touching the frame near the axle.
Is that really bad? I swear I think i even heard it hit the frame when I went over a pothole. Has anyone had this problem with aftermarket exhaust systems?

Any suggestions? Thanks

Give Stylis a PM and tell him about your issue. He'll get it straightened out. I have one of his systems too and it was a perfect fit.

It'll rattle and clunk and move so it's a defect.
