Replacing Injen Short Ram Filter
Hey guys, I searched everywhere in this forum about this topic and I can't find any results.. I'm not really good with mechanical stuff, so i was wondering if anyone could help me with the least complicated way to replace the filter on my Injen Short Ram.. As we all know it's hard to reach down there where the filter is.. Do I have to remove the bumper to replace it? Or do I have to remove the whole unit to replace the filter. Please if you have any info or if any of you can redirect me to the right thread. DIY step by step would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks!
I can't help with the best way to access the filter but I can tell you that you would not actually replace it (unless there is something wrong with it). You would clean it. You can get air filter "recharge" kits from autozone and such that will clean it up.
