Which Sensor?

Which Sensor?
2009 xB
1st. My brake, ABS, Traction Control lights are on & VSC is flashing, would this be the Speed sensor or ABS sensor &/or is there different sensor for the traction control?
2nd. Where would the ABS/Traction Control sensors be & is it easy to tell which one sensor isn't working. Speed sensor is under the battery?
These came on after Snow/Ice & temps below zero for a week, took the car to the wash on a 30+ temp day to wash of salt, next day light were on.
Thanks .

Wheel Speed Sensors are for both the VSC and the ABS. Sound like you got water into a connector (I had this happen too). Often, it will work again in a day or 2 after it dries out.
The easiest way to tell which Sensor is bad is to pull the major plug from the VSC module, and check the leads for all 4 sensors with a multimeter (I believe that they all need to be over 10K ohms).
Once you find out which one it is, you can go to that wheel, and check all the connectors.
If a Sensor really is bad, they cost about $120 for each front wheel, and $50 for the rear (but that one is partly part of the hub, and it might require a new hub, if you are unlucky).
