SO Chris please let us know if you fix this and what te problem was. I have a similar problem but not all the time.

 

Well Chris, After you installed mine, I haven't had a problem. I did hear it "breathing hard" when I would start it cold in Tucson. Other than that problem free.

 

well fellas i installed my stock air box and the sputtering went away and the car got slower hahahahahahha

 

Awwww, Man put that Injen back! Or give it to me Short ram right? I got the regular full one... We can test swap

 

i did test swap yesterday and it wont fit on a xa sorry

 

Just a thought Wanted to see what the diff. was with the short...

well it did it with the K&N tyhoon so i really dont know what can it b oh well hhhmmm "turbo time"

did you check the little "O" ring Chris? My boys SRT 4 was doin the same thing, and it was becuase the MAF was sitting just the slightest bit crooked. We literally push down on the left side of the sensor like 2 cm and the car ran smooth again...

if not, sorry you gotta sell it buddy!

 

I know you had fun with that injen, I would check what he said. Just try it out....

 

DAMN...I was gonna buy the Fujita counterpart. Hopefully I won't have that same problem. I would take the intake off your hands but I'm set on the Fujita. I know you won't have any problems selling it on here. Hey Chris, I want my rematch down the strip. See ya around.

the SRI didnt do it, the install did.. theres a million boxes
with that intake and no problems.. I'll buy it, PM me with a
price

 

why would the install do it it aint my first or second time installing a intake

 

I guess with the same logic that the PROVEN Injen SRI is doing it...

 

okay.. well the other option is that the intake has a defect at
the MAF seating.. but that's it, other than a post MAF air leak
