Thermostat

What benefits if any would i see going to a racing thermostat my Scion Xa is not turbocharged or supercharged so would it even matter which thermostat i put in it

a racing thermostat?

I dont think you will benefit much by using a thermostat that opens much cooler or hotter than what is recommended
