Simple, best bang for the buck power mods?
My xA already had a cone filter intake and cat back exhaust when I got it.
It also had some heavy 17 inch wheels but now I have some MUCH lighter 14 inch Chevy Prizm wheels with a tire profile that closely matches the stock wheel diameter.
I was wondering if there are any simple yet effective additional mods I can do for just a few more HP.

A whole world of mods listed in this section...it'd be up to you to determine how simple they might be but once you've done intake and exhaust you're looking at things that are going to provide minimal power increases (not that an intake or exhaust have ever delivered huge gains). You could look at throttle body mods, hi-flow cat, header, sheet metal intake, etc. but they're going to get expensive fast for the little gains you're likely to see.
