well i m no expert on making performance parts, but this thing just looks stupid. i m not totally sure, but think ur engine can only take in so much air unless ur are runnin forced induction. and if some crazy design like this was actually functional, i think big companies would use it and not some idiot on ebay tryin to make a quick buck on ppl that dont know anything. if want a sri, save ur $40 and put it toward the injen or fujita unit. i m considering these 2 myself, but leaning toward fujita.

Where do you stick the MAF Sensor? without lubing it up first

Bingo. There's nowhere to pt the MAF. I would stay away from that intake. Plus, I doubt those generic mushroom-style filters actualy filter the air well.

I have one of these setups used in conjunction with my cold air intake as an upper bypass valve in case of water submersion. I've had them on my integra before as well. Mushroom foam filters work great, the generic ones may not work as well as GReddy or HKS, but foam shrooms filter nicely.

Here it is installed onto my intake from Option AutoSalon. Pic is not good, but I think it gets the idea.

Foam filters get dirty way too fast.
