here's an old video of when my car was fast. i dug it up. Actually that particular run wasnt great i think my best time that day was a 14.3 in the final, nitrous bottle was cold and traction wasnt too good. hmmmm, where'd the link go?

 

any one though about putting a 75 shot on? i was thinking about doing some nitrous just leaving in a 35 shot does it really drop it into the 15s? any one run a 50 shot/?

i think a 75 shot is not out of the question, but u will need 2 things, progressive controller and clutch. $1300 upgrade

Progressive controller to slowly introduce the nitrous, cause 86whp to 146whp in half a second, is not a good strain for the motor. Plus i doubt the fuel pump can correct that fast.

And clutch cause... well anything over a 15 hp gain from what ive seem and the stock clutch lets go.

 

the clutch will be a problem when it blows and yeah lol i will have to see how it works what kinda times does a 50 shot get you

 

Any Greddy S/C xbs have time slips? I know that my car with an Xa k&n intake and dc sports headers and a failing third gear synco will run 16.9 @ 74mph so i am thinking that with a roughly six second reduction in 0-80 times on greddy boxes that a 15.4 @ 83mph is possible???

 

yep, already decided to hook my nitrous back up.....as soon as i recieve my new motor.
im tired of spending so much time and effort getting my car fast on boost alone.
So watch out next year... 10psi with n2o on top.

 

i did a 17.1, my first time at the drag strip and i have a manual transmission. Im not used to going down the quarter mile, its weird not having to brake or steer, just step on it and see what happens.
