thx for clarifying, killerxromances...it actually sounds like we're pretty much in agreement. Honda aftermarket is huge for passenger cars, even the newest models.
The K20 swap in the Fit is supposedly a major re-engineering effort but there are shops and sponsors that are willing to do it. Not so for the Scion line. IIRC, one shop from this forum did a swap in an xA or xB and said it was way too much work to go mainstream. It's a shame.

You wanna stuff a TC engine in my box???

 

Now that would be somthing to see. A supercharged tC engine with 200WHP in a box. Then a 35 shot of nitrous. I think you would have THE fastest box around.

 

Well if im going to dream for a bit: Stuff the tC engine in my box with the Stage 1 ZPI turbo kit , new head, piston's and etc. Make it 300WHP and really make the box fly and see how long it takes for the tranny to melt. But im down, ohhh ZPI .

 

I dont 500 a day , lol. but i routinely have to travel the entire state of california for work. i probably posted or meant 500 mile road trips. hell no not no 500 each day. wowsa. that'd have to be one helluva payceck.
