Not as high? This xB has probably started it life out as a 85whp car!!! That is GOOD gains for 8 PSI on an auto

I ran into an issue where we kept loosing boost little by little on each run so we stopped early...turns out the wastegate actuator bolts were backing out of the housing I guess I forgot the loctite...dam! Idle was my main concern but it is great you can come right up to a stop sign and it sits there at 800ish.

Not even going to chase that one!
I have my stock exhaust (un-cut) and a cap for the feed and return so all I do is unplug the AEM and plug back in the OE ECU (love the plug and play harness!) swap plugs and injectors leave the i/c remove the rest and your back in business. Sounds like alot but if you have done it a couple of times and I have it takes a couple of hours and isn't that big a deal.

Congratulations and thanks! 139whp and 129lb/ft at only 8 psi with a stock exhaust. I can't wait to get one under the hood of mine!

Yes the power was impressive esp on an auto and stock exhaust and $300 off the first few offers is 7.5% off! Damn you're generous Zach. LOL

just curious if someone wanted to order the kit with a 2554r (and modify the plumbing for the EWG themselves) what the difference in price would be. or if the complete kit would be available sans turbo for persons considering that as an option.

awesome setup guys

Thanks on the compliment!

We could talk offline about this for sure but it's not as simple as swapping the turbo out, the flanges are different on the compressor outlet & turbine outlet which may (and will) change the downpipe and charge pipes as well as probably the intake.

churches does quality work.. .i am gonna say i am a little disapointed after this kit has been being built for almost a year... and for the price 3,698.00 i can get a greddy kit, greddy intercooler and installed at a shot... and get the same if not better numbers.... i understand that there is drivetrain loss and im not trying to bash or take away from what you did...

and what EM would you be getting with the greddy setup for that cost?

and how much bumper "trimming" would be needed to fit that fmic?

greddy emanage blue.... and no bumper tripping fits behind the crash bar... : ) although when we installed the greedy fmic on my boys xb we did have to trim his jdm bumpers cuz theythey shorter... but didnt have to trim much at all..
