cool i was just putting it together in a mock up - the motor, and there is just one part of the piping the just dose not seam right but i think i know how it go's.

You can give me a call anytime as well, I can give you a run down and clear anything up.

the pipe that has a 35 degree bend on one end and a 100 degrees on the other i take it thats the final pipe for the turbo from the interclooler feed am i right, the only other thing that i was scratching my head at was the mounting point for the air feed pipe, i take it, it bolts to one of the mounting points for the OEM air box ?

Is it really that awesome? I would think that NA is the best because of response...but how AWESOME is boost? Torque steer much? Is it atually fun or is it a pain to drive?

I had I/H/E on my n/a xB. Until I decided to go turbo. The difference is night and day, especially with our super-light xB's. I surprise people all the time. I can keep up with my friend in his 2007 Stage 1 2.0T GTI.

My turbo is going in on Friday. It's a bastard kit with the intercooler and piping from the 365 kit and a Greddy turbo. Had a new charge pipe made and since the turbo came with a TurboXS BOV instead of an HKS, picked up an adapter to run it in the same location. Dezod vacuum block eliminates all stupid t-taps for me. Oh, and no OEM airbox for me. Previous owner chopped an Injen short ram with an AEM dryflow filter to go where the Greddy intake normally sits. Like I said, it's a bastard kit.

I'll post pics with the bumper / upper brace off so all the piping will be shown. Running on stock internals at the monent so keeping it at 5 psi. Notching a block now though and when it gets re-assembled with forged internals boost is getting dialed up to whatever eManage blue and a set of tC injectors can handle.

Finally got some pictures. Keep in mind this is a hybrid system running:

Greddy turbocharger
Dezod intercooler
365 Motorwerks intercooler piping (except for going from turbo to intercooler)
Turbo XS blow off valve
tC injectors
PTuning tune
automatic transmission
Stock (~5 psi) boost

Proof is always in the dyno. Keep in mind this was a dynodynamics is it's on the low side. A stock manual xB will pull about 86 WHP on it. I'd imagine the auto would be even less, so with the turbo and intercooler it made an extra 40+ WHP. Without the I/C, the Greddy setup tops out at 114 on this dyno, so a nice gain from the 365 additions, you may want to consider making a full intercooler upgrade kit for people who already have the Greddy and no I/C.

very nice. Is that on your built motor or your stocker? 125 with 5psi is not bad.

In case you guys are wondering when im droping mine in, well its on the back burner for a while, right now im saving up for some uber rare JDM parts and spent a but load on getting my new wheels to fit right. but I hope by next fall to be boosted.
