All stock motor.

The tuner was also saying that my MAF was about peaked out on 5 psi. When the built one goes in and I up the boost, I'll need to add a MAP. They also said it was the biggest gain they've seen on the stock Greddy boost, manual or auto. The intercooler is great, after a 2 hour drive on the interstate, I could cook on the turbo and hot-side piping, but the intercooler to throttle body tube was still cool to the touch. next time I'll use the IR thermometer to really see the difference.

PTuning tune
automatic transmission
Stock (~5 psi) boost

Proof is always in the dyno. Keep in mind this was a dynodynamics is it's on the low side. A stock manual xB will pull about 86 WHP on it. I'd imagine the auto would be even less, so with the turbo and intercooler it made an extra 40+ WHP. Without the I/C, the Greddy setup tops out at 114 on this dyno, so a nice gain from the 365 additions, you may want to consider making a full intercooler upgrade kit for people who already have the Greddy and no I/C.
Nice numbers Brian! Especially for an auto

Yeah, we made that intercooler for the SOHC Honda D17 engines. We've also used it on RSXs and now xBs! It works GREAT

Great news on getting the box back on the road! Those are definitely awesome gains and with the boost it should feel nice on the road when your foot gets heavy!

Very nice boost on the auto. I'd love to see what numbers you get on your built engine.

hi, this is really a nice setup. i read all the posts from page 1, can see that a lot of effort has been put in r&d a kit like this.

was just wondering, were you able to use the AEM FIC O2 remap feature to keep the fuel trims in check?

I believe Zach was able to, but I am sure he will chime in if needed.

My tuner did all the setup in the AEM so I am not sure nor have I looked to see what was done.

BTW if anybody wants to put a kit together one part at a time I can separate items into smaller easier to digest chunks like a manifold pack, piping kit, i/c setup, fuel & electronics setup... etc
Just let me know how you would like to work it..

I don't think I want a turbo charged XB, but man that is looking nice. I am running at 110 whp last time I check on a dyno. I don't know how accurate that is though.

Zach I still have to get you pictures of those brake lines. Moving has been kicking my butt the last week or so. Expect an email tomorrow of those brake lines for you!

Any further thoughts on offering a Dezod / 365Motorwerks FMIC kit for those who already have the Greddy turbo? $900 for the Greddy FMIC is hard to swallow and I think I proved the hybrid setup will give better performance over all-Greddy.

If you need I could get in touch with Mandrel Bending Solutions to see about getting a CAD rendering of the hot side pipe, the only part that would need to change from the existing 365Motorwerks kit.
