After trying to decipher your question I might have an answer.

It depends on if it is wired properly. If I were you I would probably go with the Greddy Emanage. It will do what the Neo can do and more. Plus it has been proven to work with the xB ECU and even on turbo boxes.

the 06 ecu has a differnt pinout then the 04-05 models - FYI make sure you have the correct ecu pinout for your year.. i posted the 06 pinout, if you use the search its posted as "1nz-fe 2006 ECU pinout posted" in the 1st gen owners lounge.. the 04 05 pinouts are posted all over the site, use the search

Fixed your spelling. Yes you can do some tuning. Mostly air and fuel. I haven't used the new Neo, but if they are like the past SAFC then you are able to work on the xB to a point.

Sorry, 24 year old should not have that kind of spelling.

Anyways, to answer our question - Yes you can. You should already have some kind of engine management installed with your turbo. If not, then you can use Neo, but I would suggest greddy emanage, if that isn't enough for you, go with emanage ultimate. I am a stong believer - your turbo is only as good as its tuning.

Can't understand how someone can have bad spelling when asking a question.

I agree that you should have already gotten Emanage with your kit. It will supercede the Neo since it does the same function and more. I hope you weren't trying to do a budget build since the emanage is just a little bit more than the Neo.
