Fujita busted
well today i popped my hood and this is what i see

i dont even recall anything happening. it broke right off where it bolts to the battery and theres even a rubber peice to help cushion movement.....so much for that i guess.

have seen this with all types of aftermarket intakes. it can be repaired by someone that welds aluminum. I repaired mine in about 10 minutes.
to keep it from happening again try mounting the hard points with springs. did it to mine , just don't have any pics yet. but with engine movement they will all do it , unless you have an engine dampener installed to keep motor movement done to a minimum.
happens alot if you are a sprited driver :D

its not because your engine movement is to great. Its the welding process used to attach that piece. If you allow aluminum to get to hot it'll be come brittle. Thats why it broke around the weld. if the weld was defective the weld would have been broken. who ever welded that is defective. is fujita really known for quality? because its always gonna come down to you get what you pay for...
