I don't think so, at least he didn't say anything. Thought it might be Rubin, but he hasn't said anything either. If they knew me and my Xb they would have posted they kept up with a SC'd Xb. I was hoping it was SuperFa and at least I could say it was another SC'd Xb that gave me a run for it.

If I remember correctly, I read that ALL Scions have a fuel cut at 127mph. I know tC's max out at that speed, but I believe all Scions are set at that 127 limit.

Jeb, I do have a plastic template for the back that fits over the spare tire area and a paper one for under the hood. The ones that are for the headlights and front grill, James or Justin have those ones.

A quarter mile time? I'll have to attend your next drag night event and get that one. Whats the lowest time for an XB so far. (at the Superfa drag night event, not national).

Also, big meet at Coutesy Scion St. 25th at 6pm, please tell the team SuperFa and SD crowd for us.

Thanks

I've had Nikki's car up to an indicated 120mph, but I doubt it was really doing 120. Probly more like 105-110. All factory speedometers get less acurate the higher the speed. My F-150 has a cut-off at 98mph...my GPS says I'm really doin 93mph. I have 50k miles on it and the tread is about done for, so that would make a slight differance. Motorcycles are even worse. If you can even read the speedo it'll be way off.

As far as the quick xB...all I can say is that there are about 7 local SuperFa Nitroused boxes running around town now. The highest shot being run to my knowledge is a 50 shot, but a 35 would run all over a mild blown car like ours. I've provided smaller 17hp pills in a couple kits, and that's maybe what you ran into.

Chris's Camo is freakishly quick NA, but your car should beat him out.

We should set you up with a custom wet kit to run with the Blitz for the times you feel like being bad on the interstate.

I recently (last week after the show) ran a TRD blown tC with Nates car and walked away pretty easy. That was with a real fat fuel jet and a low bottle, too...surprised me.

Anyways, sounds like you had fun at any rate

See ya soon.

Once again...

I have an '04 Xa 5 sp manual. My speed is clocked by my pioneer AVDP gps system. My stock speedo will hit 120 for a second. GPS has my speed at 125mph. The fuel cuts off to the engine and the car will shut down. at about 115mph pump the gas and the engine will kick back on. I have done this numerous times. Granted I have done alot of work to my car. I will just throw that out there since the last time this topic came up in august I got a few questions how I was able to do this so easily or at all with the 1nzfe that is N/A.

F.Y.I. Here is the link on the repost.

Whoever said they hit 135 is a liar. The tC can't go over 127 without the car's computer being modified. Do a search. They are rev limited and the fuel cuts out at that speed. Trust me.

toyota also say's thet the speedo can be off by = or - 5mph so 120 on the speedo is possible, but the gps is a diffrent story. y have a bone stock 06 xa and have hit 115, so i beleive it is possible.

Actually, Toyota REQUIRES the speedo to be 3 to 8 MPH too fast at 100, per specs - that's the way it is designed...
