I know my 06 xb with TRD exhaust and quickshifter has gone up to about 120 and it has no problem accelerating until I hit about 110, the last 10 are the ones that take a little time.

for me in my xa it was diffrent, i had no problems getting to 115. it felt like it would go faster if i wanted to.

Whoever said they hit 135 is a liar. The tC can't go over 127 without the car's computer being modified. Do a search. They are rev limited and the fuel cuts out at that speed. Trust me.
I don't know what they did but I was in the car. lol

...and 117 indicated can be as little as 107 true with stock tires/wheels - even less if other size tires are used...

True, but it couldn't be more than 113 with stock tires/wheels. At speeds above 60 MPH the indicated speed will ALWAYS be higher than true speed with the OEM setup. Nature of the beast.
