ok well i finally got my build underway, for now not to many details, just pictures, the piping is stainless, and i am going to heliarch it, just tach'd for now. everything will be heat wrapped wear need be, i've thought all this through so dont bash on me if you think something looks wrong
just point it out, the mani isnt to close the firewall, neither is the WG, and the turbo isnt even that close to the battery like i thought it would be. lol





i used the stock manifold, cut it, and flipped it over.
**ok, so i had the turbo on, at 6psi, with an open wastegate, she pulls very hard, harder than my nitrous, but apperently theinjectors wont handle 6psi at WOT with my fuel controller, so i only boosted a few times for a few seconds. otherwise i drove normal and only boosted a lil sometimes. but my old turbo blew the oil seals *now i know its needs a restrictor haha* and when i tore it apart i found out it had a cracked bearing. so it should be back on in 2 weeks when i rebuild it, and after it gets smogged to reregister it in cali.

the Wg is on the manifold, originaly the turbo would have an internal, but becuase the way its clocke di couldnt use the actuator anymore so i welded it shut *and will safety wire it too since i welded on cast* that funny thing on the turbo is the bov. this model has the bov built into it. kinda weird, im still guna block that off and run with the ssqv later tho hahaha :p
haha its a td05-12b off of a volvo 240 or 480 i dont remeber. so ya it came off a volvo, and it should work perfect, zpi used the td05-14b for a lil bit and this has a slightly smaller exhuast side. has a tiny bit of shaft play, but ill get it rbuilt later once everything is done and running.

redneck, ill be more than happy to supply one too. and a DP. yeah that turbo threw me for a loop when i first saw the BOV on it haha. no worrys AE. im hoping the welding will be finished today and then i can install it.
