thanks zack, for now tho, i havent had any problems with the oil return. when i pull the motor, or get a spare block to rebuild, ill tap into the block, but it just seems too hard to do with the motor still in the car.

It’s not that bad
You can either remove the passenger axle or use a 2”x4” and block the axle up out of the way. In both cases you need to use a right angle drill with a Uni-bit (The Christmas tree looking bit)
The most daunting task is actually drilling the hole knowing that you can’t change it once the deed is done! It should go in-between the support ribs about 3” up from the bottom of the block and you will need a 90 degree bulkhead fitting to clear the axle. If you have the motor out though just TIG it in..

ya, of all the ish we have here, a 90degree drill was the one we didnt have XD lol. thats what id do when its out. tig it up lol.
