You might be beating a dead horse. The shop I go to put a full fuel return system for Xa/Xb boosted application in my Xa about three months ago. I believe it is available for Sale but I have no Idea on price. I put my car away for the winter so I don't have it easy access to give you an installed picture. I will be able to drive out to storage and take a pic in the next few days. It is snowing and my ride is stored in B.F.E.

Strict Fab has the Blacked Out Performance Kit. Mine came with Perrin fuel rail, Aeromotive FPR, B&M gage. All lines are stainless steel braided. The lines and fittings are good up to 1000 psi (hydraulic line and fittings) so they are pretty muck indestructible. Also comes with the bulkheads, warlbro 255fuel pump, and RC 310cc injectors. They added the pump, rail and injectors because the stock injectors, pump and rail could not handle the extra fuel flow. The stock stuff could not give me what my ride needed with an 8psi turbo setup so they replaced it all.

The whole thing is bolt on minus one hole that needs to be drilled in the plastic fuel pump assembly. I have the first pics of the gear they sent me in email to show me what they were putting in my car. I will call them to get a price on just the fuel system.
I don't know the price since mine was included in the custom T-28 turbo kit I had Strict Fab do for my Xa.

Wow. ok. Thanks for the info. I'm not sure if it's against the MODS rules, but if it's not then post a way to contact those guys. Thanks!

HiFiScion, unless they gave you a fitting for the factory in tank regulator, all your work on that return system didnt get you anything. I have done that same exact setup 2 years ago, thats right, 2 years ago, with no progress due to the in tank regulator not allowing the pressure to increase regardless of adding the external regulator, bigger rail and lines....

The in tank regulator was removed and blocked off with a plug that came with the kit.

dam man, it woulda made our life a lot easier 2 years ago if we had a fitting to block off the in tank regulator...we both did this to our boxes at the same time back in the day when we were running the same turbo kit. Stu acutally pried apart his regulator to squeeze a few more psi out of it...mine I just left alone and was only able to max out to about 55psi.

It did make life easy to have it all in a kit. Not to mention having the lines pre done to the right length with all matching fittings and bulkheads. All the "make a run to home depot to find something that will work" stuff that causes you to pull your hair out is included in the box.

There shouldnt be any reason why it wouldnt work on a tC.

I can put together a kit for anyone interested, but they are going to be expensive... You are probably looking in the neighborhood of $300....

Would be all fittings, steel braided line and the external regulator...

However, you wont be getting much extra fuel pressure because of the in tank regulator.

For extra $$, I could do a custom hanger to defeat the fuel pressure issue...

When you have a chance, if you price it out exactly. I might be interested. Including the custom hanger you were talking about. Thanks.
