Is the ZPI turbo kit a bolt on? HOw much custom work does it require?

Only thing that is not bolt on is the turbo flange to exhaust that has to be welded and the oil return line has to be tapped into the valve cover.. Now the release kit may come with these 2 problems solved.. Other than that it is a bolt on kit.
