Is this possible? will the steering wheel controls work? will the aux input work? thanks in advance

yes you could install an 05 headunit in an 06 tC.. just wont be able to use the steering controls.. the aux input i doubt would work, i'm pretty sure that there are two wire harnesses the main one for the radio and the 2nd one for the steering controls and the aux input.. others will probably have more to say as they see this..
