Okay. so I've looked/asked all over and nobody can seem to help me out. I have some 8k HIDs and for some odd reason one day, My passenger side started cutting out when i downshifted, when my engine fan turns on, when i roll both my windows up at once. now when i first got them my passenger side had always taken a little big longer to get up to the right temp. so with all of the happening i emailed the company and they instantly emailed me back and said it was the ballasts, so i bought new ones and it didn't help at all... what to do what to do.
I'm sick of rolling into the local stores and "winking" at everyone.

 

could be wiring or just the quality of the brand itself. buy a new set ;]
