I am guessing this unit is plug and play..and does anyone have one or know where to purchase them besides the dealership .....

It's not quite plug and play - it's a little more complex than that...

Dealers are the only place I know to get them, as they are a Toyota parts kits, but some of the on-line dealer parts sales folks have them at pretty decent prices...

Best to check around.

I guarantee it will be a lot cheaper than the dealership. If you don't know how to wire it though... if you bought it there then tried to get the dealership to install it they might find a way to screw you in the installation price. The top right of the page has a PDF link of the installation instructions if you want to look at that.

Thanks Tomas, I might be ordering that since the random aftermarket security system in my car isn't a good fit in my car.
