Default Air Bag issues help needed

Well I removed both Air Bags since they had been blown but I have no clue how to remove a passenger airbag without it being blown. Anyone know a good way?
Also I have to replace the drivers seat belt and either have the airbag computer reset or replaced. Anyone know where the airbag computer is. I could prolly switch it with a junked scion xb if reseting it is to costly. Do I have to replace anything else in the car along with it or reset anything else?
Or Do i need to do everything in steps?
I ran into a Scion tech at my car stereo work who actually was specificly in the air bags and accident area but I could not get him to give me anymore details about the ordeal besides that he blew himself into the backseat and broke his nose once when he put one in wrong.
Hopefully all these parts are not to hard to get either cause I need all of them.

i pulled both of them to paint my wifes dash , both easy, the passenger side has a bolt hidden behind the square pop out piece right above the glovebox in that indention. Any body shop should be able to reset the light once all the new stuff is in , we have a guy that comes in with a handheld computer thing, takes him like 2 minutes. oh and for sure disconect the battery when removing and installing them.

^^^ I definitely agree. Disconnect the battery when removing/installing the air bag. you dont want a black eye or a concussion!

P.S. nice 2 tone box urbancamo!
