Audio controls on Steering wheel?

Any fairly cheap way to accomplish this on a TC? or am I loooking to have to buy a new HU? If so, what HU's offer this?

Does the stock HU in the TC feature any sort of remote out or infrared/radio capability that could possibly be rigged to accept wheel mounted controls? Someone out there must have done this...
