Default Auto temperature HVAC install

Has anyone ever upgraded the HVAC gauge cluster to incorporate a unit that has temperature settings instead of just different speeds of fan intensity? Is this possible?

I think the proper wording was climate control and not HVAC. Maybe that will help someone know what I mean.

I found the back of the Toyota ist climate control that looks to fit the requirements. So on the left is and xA backside of climate control and right side is the Ist. Now I need to figure if I could get the wires to be friendly with each other. Name: Ay8Xf.jpg
