Default AVN5435 No Harness Needed

I installed the Eclipse AVN5435 yesterday without an aftermarket harness. Stock toyota Harness unplugs from your pioneer deck and plugs right into the Eclipse unit. I picked up the aftermarket harness before the install and noticed the ones included with the AVN were IDENTICAL! They plugged into eachother wire for wire. That in itself should make the AVN5435 more attractive to scion owners.

Good news none the less!

It's making me lean towards the newest Eclipse units really!

indeed. Fyi, the reason no harness/adapters are needed is that the parent company, fujitsu ten, supplies the Nav systems for toyota
