Default Bending Plexi

Ok I have a few porject that I would like to use plexiglass. I have used plexi in the past but never bent it.

I remember back in my middle school days Putting plexiglass in a oven and heating it and using something to mold it. I would assume you can do this with a kitchen oven as well. Does anyone know the temperature it needs to be to make it pliable yet not melt into nothing?

not sure if this would help but heating the plexi with a heat gun should work... but I would also recommend having a wood for of what you want your design to be layed out.

I also did a little google search and came up with this http://metku.net/hwforum/viewtopic.php?p=22550
