Icon's Alln1 is a great unit, and the dvd player is built right in there. A little on the pricey side, but well worth it for their quality. www.icon-tv.org
They also have a non dvd playing unit (a few actually) that are badass.
Rosen Products has a few offerings that are of superb quality as well. Very high resolution units.

Sticking with the all in one units, Clarion's OHM-102 is a close competitor with the Icon offering, at a substantial price cut. Quality is a little less than the Icon, but for the price savings, it's not that much difference.
