Default Best place to put underhood fuse?

I need to pick up an ANL fuseholder for under the hood. I plan on using 4-AWG cable and running it through the hole under the steering wheel. Where did everybody mount theirs?

I have this 1/4" thick black plastic cutting board from IKEA. I'll probably cut a piece from it to act as a mounting surface for the fuseholder, then screw it to the top of that other fuse box. It seems like the best place without drilling into metal somewhere.

i used to screw my fuse on the top of the fuse box. Now i velcro it on the battery.
(note to self, put tapes over the screw hole)
